We aim to be a natural sounding board for your company with regard to data collection. Our project managers have 15–20 years of experience and will find the right method, tools and relevant questions for each specific project and target group.
Our aim is for the customer to have the same project manager during the whole project, who will keep the customer updated and provide full service and support. We take a long-term view of our customer relationships and aim, together with our customers, to develop and find new ways of improving our surveys.
A good survey is complex to implement, and careful preparation and effective partnership is crucial to its success.
The quality of the responses relies on the quality of your questionnaire
Many of our customers conduct surveys with fixed, self-developed formats. Despite this, we always examine and test the questionnaire before starting the field work, to make sure it works optimally.
If you want help developing your survey, we will be happy to assist. Particularly in online interviews and postal questionnaires, it is crucial that the questions are clear and easy to understand, since the respondents will not be able to ask for clarification. It also helps if the questions follow on from each other in a logical and natural sequence.
