At PFM Research i Sverige AB, we focus on quality throughout our entire work process. All delivered data needs to be collected correctly, checked meticulously and delivered to the client at the agreed time.
Our quality assurance takes place in several stages. The same project manager is in charge of each project from start to finish.
The quality manager checks and validates all projects, both before and after the data is collected.
Our telephone interviewers have many years’ experience of data collection and are trained in interview techniques. All employees receive a thorough briefing of each project they are involved in, and are given daily feedback to optimise their working methods.
We maintain full transparency towards customers. For instance, our customers can listen in on the interviews or visit our offices to monitor the field work. Before closing a project, we notify you to check that we have fulfilled our agreement.
It is undoubtedly our combination of experience and working methods that enable us to promise the best data quality.
