When should you choose user tests as a data collection method?
The purpose of a user test is to gain insight into your customers’ actual experience. It provides valuable insights for developing your products and making them more user-friendly.
For instance, you might need to evaluate and test an app, website or software. A user test doesn’t show how the product is intended to be used, but how it is actually used and experienced. Does it work as intended, or are there things that need adjusting? The results lead to improved customer experience and long-term profitability.
How do we assure the quality of our user tests?
Since 1999, we have been carrying out user tests for companies in a diverse range of sectors. This has given us solid experience and has led to an increasing demand for our services. We have our own department specialising in user tests. We carry out roughly 100 user testing projects per year for customers in different industries.
In addition to actually carrying out the tests, we offer advice on designing questionnaires and producing samples, and can also provide premises for the studies.
